Howard J. Rowe Jr. (1942-)
Howard Rowe is a resident of Fairport, NY. His education includes The Eastman School of Music, Berklee College of Music and degrees in music education from Syracuse University and Ithaca College. Howard is retired from the Rush-Henrietta Central Schools where he taught at all grade levels for 32 years.
Howard is the composer or arranger of over 80 published works for jazz and concert band as well as string and chamber ensembles.
