Belisario Errante (1920-2003)
Belisario Errante is a native of New York City, now residing in Westchester County. He holds a B.S. and M.A. degree in music education from New York University. Mr. Errante is a violinist and has taught strings and initiated string programs in the New York State public schools. He is currently Chairman of the Hendrick Hudson High School Music Department in Montrose, New York. Mr. Errante has been quest conductor and adjudicator for many years. He also has participated in clinics and workshops on string pedagogy.
An active composer and arranger in the music education field, Mr Errante has over 100 publications to his credit.
