This easy-going swing shuffle from the Bob Mintzer Big Band Gently CD was creatively inspired by the Mintzer family's two black Labrador retrievers. Humor, imagination and unpredictability are apparent throughout. While additional soloists can be added, trumpet and tenor are given the primary nod. Rhythm section parts are partially notated with chords cued.
