Denis DiBlasio (1954-)
Born: February 27, 1954
A graduate of Glassboro State College in New Jersey and the University of Miami, he spent four years touring with Maynard Ferguson, playing baritone sax, writing and serving as musical director. Several of his charts are featured on Maynard's Storm, Live From San Francisco, Body And Soul, and High Voltage albums.
Today he serves as Director of Jazz Studies at Rowan University in New Jersey, as an active Yamaha clinician, and as a recording artist for Encounter Records.
