The main theme of this lovely Nocturne from "A Midsummer Night's Dream" is announced right at the beginning by the Horns. In this version either or both of the horns may be replaced by (or supported by) a trumpet and a trombone. Originally in the key of E, the Nocturne has here been transposed into F to simplify the key for the wind and brass.
