This accessible original employs a nice variety of rhythmic figures commonly used in swing charts. With a tuneful melody supported by a standard blues progression and solid orchestration, it is designed to make developing groups sound their best. Though it is loaded with lots of learning material, the piece is also great fun to play. The piano and bass parts are notated with chord symbols provided. The solo section may be opened up for any instrument, and a solo sheet with chord changes along with a sample solo is provided. The guitar part consists of chord changes and slashes, and a guitar chord chart by Jim Greeson is included in each set.
