About this item

The winning combination of Tower-of-Power horn lines and an exciting hip-hop groove have made this one of the most in-demand charts from our Volume 22 jazz demo. Commissioned by Rodger Fox and the RF Big Band, solos are reserved for drums, alto sax and trombone. To work out the rhythmic complexities of the 16th-note swing patterns, Bill suggests having players sing their parts before trying to play them.
